We started making doughnuts because we couldn't find the doughnuts that we wanted to eat out in the wild. These are real doughnuts, with a focus on great dough, quality ingredients, clean flavors, and contrasting textures. We put a lot of time and care into what we do so that our customers can simply enjoy a great doughnut experience.
(We also make few other things because we were hungry for more.)

PRE-ORDERS:
For those who want to be sure you get doughnuts, you can pre-order boxes of assorted doughnuts, croissants (from 10am), cinnamon rolls (from 10am), whole doughnut crisps, and loaves of sourdough or focaccia bread. Doughnuts are made all morning long, so availability fluctuates depending on the day.
You can attach a wish list to your dougnut order and we will do our best to include as many as we can, though we reserve the right to make substitutions based on availability. If you prefer to pick out each doughnut, the only way to do that is in person, at the counter.
Orders must be placed by 5pm on the day before you want to pick up. For special orders where you would like larger quantities of specific doughs and glazes, we need at least a week's notice.
Pick up times are from 7am-12pm. You can go directly to the cashier, avoiding the line.
