Yes, though they will dry out a bit. Some varieties will last longer than others. You can refresh day old doughnuts by putting them in the microwave for 10 seconds before eating them.

We store them at home exactly the way that you see them in the shop, on racks on sheet pans at room temperature. If you don’t have pans with racks, you can store them in their boxes at room temperature. The only doughnuts that should ever be refrigerated are the ones with filling.

Clouds, super cakes, meltways, and naturally leavened brioche are your best choices if you’re planning to serve the doughnuts the next day. They hold their texture better than some of the others. Next level choices would be hot cakes and dark knights.
